Our newest team member will be a highly motivated individual who can jump in and start making connections immediately. Capital Group is committed to providing exceptional training, including weekly coaching sessions, sales team huddles, and weekly team meetings geared to make you the most successful version of yourself.

Experienced Agents, you guessed it, we want you here! We have a strong support team in place that allows you to spend as much time with your clients as possible, allowing you to do what you do best. We are looking for experienced agents, who are familiar with multi-family units and have proven success working with clients who are relocating to Boise.

Pre-Requisite for Awesome Qualification Fit:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker
- Minimum of one years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent computer skills
