Capital Group is a successful, fast-growing full service Real Estate Investment Firm, offering four unique client experiences, located strategically in Meridian, Idaho. Our ideal candidates will posses a high aptitude for client development with strong experience in Customer Service. The Property Management Sidekick will be responsible for managing all incoming rental applications, setting appointments, and processing all paperwork. Our new team member thrives in high stress situations and has a mad crush on the details!

Pre-Requisite for Awesome Skills and Responsibilities Fit:
- Sales/leasing experience
- Industry certifications are a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Warm, engaging, inviting personality
- Friendly, energetic, with great people skills
- Easily connect with a variety of people
- Excellent at both phone and in-person sales
- Appearance and demeanor appropriate for upscale properties and clientele
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and using the internet
- Local travel required
Pre-Requisite for Awesome Qualification Fit:
- Positive attitude equipped with the ability to remain cool under pressure
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks a plus
- Proficient in the use of Google Business Platform
- Minimum of one year experience with data entry
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent computer skills
- Bilingual a plus
