We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative thinker who takes pride in nailing the small details every time!

A monkey can show up and press buttons, but despite how cool that would be – What we need, is a proactive team player interested in improving upon and building systems to help streamline our business. (Plus, as it turns out, it’s really hard to get the city to sign off on employing a monkey)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide front facing customer service to walk-in guests
  • Answer incoming phone calls and forwards to the appropriate party when necessary
  • Perform all necessary duties for opening and closing the office
  • Sort and distribute all mail correspondence to the appropriate party in a timely manner
  • Keep office common areas clean and fully stocked
  • Maintain office supply inventory, ordering when necessary within the allocated budget
  • Process tenant payments
  • Assist Property Management by screening incoming applications for completion, requesting corrections when necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Monitor and maintains the Property Managers schedule for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
  • Assist in weekly work order follow-up with both tenants and vendors
  • Support Executive Management Team & Portfolio Managers as needed
  • Post and maintains all advertising for available rentals

Preferred Program Experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Apps for Business
  • Appfolio Property Manager Solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Obnoxiously positive attitude (I mean it)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in administrative office support
  • Property management and/or real estate experience preferred
