Capital Group is a full service real estate company in Meridian, Idaho. We are currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers; thus a professional and welcoming demeanor is key! The person we are looking for also must be extremely organized, outgoing, and take direction well. Our office is a group of highly motivated professionals that have a strong bond. Our next team member should be ready to work closely with all team members and have a great sense of humor! Job Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception and hospitality
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Generating, scanning and maintaining files
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Receiving and depositing payments
  • Assisting administration with ongoing daily tasks
  • Running errands

 

Preferred Program Experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Apps for Business

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in administrative office support
  • Property management and/or real estate experience preferred
