We are currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative thinker who takes pride in their work. We need an analytical mind, who isn’t afraid to dive deep and explore new technologies to keep us on top of the game!

Responsibilities

  • Develops reporting models and measurement strategies to provide insight to company performance
  • Uses knowledge of digital marketing metrics to enhance company’s brand integrity and presence within the real estate market
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance companies performance using targeted campaigning and effective timing
  • Executes and maintains configurations of web analytics and data collection
  • Explores both digital and traditional marketing channels for lead generation and brand recognition
  • Implements tangible and reliable tracking methods to ensure all marketing efforts are optimized
  • Proactively identifies any opportunities to improve outreach with SEO, social media, and website content
  • Monitors and maintains key API’s between preferred programs, rectifying discrepancies or abnormalities as they arise
  • Maintains continuity between all digital and print material
  • Utilizes direct mail campaigns for lead generation, while maintaining clean and effective databases
  • Identifies and develops ways to nurture leads not ready for the sales process by building targeted drip campaigns aimed at keeping Capital Group “top of mind”
  • Collaborates with the sales and operations teams, using their expertise to conceptualize new and creative lead generation opportunities
  • Follows and reports lead outcome through the sales process to monitor agent performance
  • Produces results while remaining mindful of budget limitation
  • Identifies priorities and ensures follow through to completion on assigned tasks
  • Manages and implements website content

 

Preferred Program Experience

  • CRM (Infusionsoft or similar)
  • WordPress
  • HTML
  • Google Adwords & Analytics
  • Bing Advertising
  • Facebook Advertising
  • Google Apps for Business
  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • Microsoft Office Suite

 

Qualifications

  • Obnoxiously positive attitude (I mean it)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in marketing and advertising
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
