Capital Group’s founder and president MATT STEVENS came to Boise to take advantage of the area’s investment opportunities and lifestyle. His passive interest in real estate grew quickly from a hobby into a full-time career. He specializes in innovative dealings. He also focuses on delivering above average returns in the real estate industry. He works alongside investors to perform acquisition analysis and due diligence on residential income properties to deliver profit. Soon after its start, Capital Group had the leading competitive edge in the Treasure Valley. Matt’s previous accomplishments included creating his company Gold Seal Flight Instruction in San Diego. There he functioned as a Certified Flight Instructor. His dedication to excellence earned him the hard-won prestigious “Gold Seal” award given to instructors for above average performance. He brings this same winning attribute to Capital Group. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from San Diego State University.

SAMANTHA STEVENS specializes in guiding real estate investors to expand their portfolio profit, capitalize on current market opportunities, and plan exit strategies. MATT GOODMAN is Capital Group’s Director of Maintenance and Construction. Matt continually offers clients innovative and real-time solutions to their property maintenance and construction needs. Before joining Capital Group, Matt built residential homes, remodeled existing homes, re-configured commercial spaces and performed a wide variety of maintenance services for homeowners, property managers and corporations. DANA BROWNING is Capital Group’s office manager and she is intent on providing only the best to our growing number of investing clients. Dana oversees our Human Resources and Accounting. Add to that an extensive background in the customer service industry, as well as experience forming and reformatting training programs for many Boise area companies. She has created and implemented many of the policies and procedures Capital Group uses today to bring our clients the best customer service possible. Dana is a “native” Idahoan, growing up in Northwest Boise. SHEILA WICKSTROM SCHULER began her career in Property Management in 1998 while working as a Development Coordinator for one of the largest developer/home builder teams in Treasure Valley . Her job description quickly included the role of “property manager” after realizing the need for and opportunities presented from managing Developer controlled HOA’s. The ideas and processes she implemented presented positive and profitable solutions for clients and the company. Her multi-faceted knowledge of property management includes HOA’s, commercial, multi-family and tax credit properties. Sheila has worked as a marketer and escrow assistant within the Title industry, adding to her ability to understand the ever changing real estate market and enabling her to meet her client needs.

MEGAN WHEELER has 19+ years of experience that include background in Affordable Housing, Tax Credit Properties, Property & Regional Management as well as Director of Compliance & Leasing positions. Thus bringing Capital Group and the clients they serve unique and invaluable knowledge of the Property Management industry. While working as Director of Leasing she oversaw the lease up & compliance of over twenty properties throughout the United States within 30 days. Since coming to Capital Group her efficient managerial style has enabled her to surpass goals and expectations. She has increased occupancy rate at Faith Landing Apartments from 75% to over 95% in less than 6 months while also retaining her current residents.
